The Guarantee® products are concentrated liquids. When diluted (usually 4-8 oz. to one gallon of water) they are perfect foliar fertilizers. A foliar fertilizer is one that is able to be absorbed by leaves or blades of grass. They are specially formulated to be absorbable in this way which increases up-take and permits far more efficient fertilization. (Please see our research below.)

B Peter McCormick interviews Dr. Rich Cooper (North Carolina State University) on how seaplant extract and humic acids can increase photosynthesis, rooting, and drought and stress tolerance. Dr. Cooper recommends products that contain a high percentage by weight of seaplant extract, and points out that seaplant extract based foliar fertilizers (as made by our company) are readily absorbed by the plant, and he says that several university studies have been supportive of these conclusions.
